Structured tissue paper technology with low energy usage
Structured paper technologies such as TAD or NTT are capable of producing high quality products but require exorbitant energy usage figures. That is why LC Paper, as the result of an extensive R&D effort that lasted more than a decade, has developed a patented technology called OnePly®, which can produce products with equivalent qualities to these tissue paper technologies but with a radically reduced energy consumption which even allows reaching zero CO2 emissions.
We use OnePly® manufacturing technology in two areas: on the one hand, in the production of "jumbo" reels for tissue paper converters that wish to replace other structured technologies by one with lower consumption and emissions, and on the other hand, to manufacture our own final products, which are marketed under the Dalia® brand.

One structured ply
A single layer of greater grammage with a special embossing that guarantees great softness.
26 to 48 g/m2
Thanks to the textile embossing we obtain qualities comparable to multi-layer products.
White, blue, "nature"
Our "nature" recycled hue offers a very special image of ecology and sophistication.
Up to 2,8m of width
We manufacture very diverse widths: from 1 to 5 reels that, added, reach a figure close to 2.8m.
As we get a product of equivalent quality to another of two layers with only one, the energy consumption is radically lower. Also, as our factory reuses the gases from the generation of electricity for the paper drying stage (Yankee) and consumes electricity from biomass, we achieve radically low associated emissions.
